Refund Policy

Physical Artwork (Originals & Prints)

Due to the handmade nature of art, all sales are final. Refunds or returns are only offered if the item arrives damaged. However, original paintings are a one of a kind and some are part of a collection so a refund or replacement may or maynot be granted.

To request a replacement for damaged items, contact us withing 72 hours and include detailed photos of the damages along with explanation of scenario.

Custom Commissions

Non-refundable once work has begun.

In some cases, when agreed upon prior to agreement to start commissioned piece, a deposit may be made/required which also is non-refundable after project is accepted due to time invested, planning and materials purchased.

Digital Products, Courses, & Downloads

Because digital items cannot be "returned", all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue, we will assist with re-delivery. Please notify us immediately after discovery of issue and we will help and investigate to rectify the situation if the problem is on our end.

Live Sessions (Cawfee Squawk, Mentorship, Workshops, etc.)

Refunds ar not available for missed sessions.

Rescheduling may be offered with 24-48 hours notice, at Hexen Tides discretion. If you percieve an issue with a scheduled session, please contact us immediately. There are some circumstances that can be handled differently then listed here but it is at the discretion of the company. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or issues.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel services due to emergencies, illness or unforseen circumstances.

If we cancel, a full refund, credit or automatic enrollment into rescheduled event may be issued. In these circumstances, please look out for email responses with further details to follow initial cancelation of event.

Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback for services rendered may result in:

Termination of access to future services
Reporting to payment processors
Legal action if necessary
