Shipping Policy

We carefully package every piece of art to ensure it arrives safely, with the exception of print on demand items which are shipped directly from manufacturer.

Please review the following shipping terms for and original, commissioned or printed pieces that come directly from artist.
Processing Time
Original artworks: 5-10 business days
Prints & Merchandise: 7-14 business days
Custom artwork: Timeline varies and will be communicated with the purchaser but we try to stick to the 5-10 business days after art piece is completed
Mentorship boxes/Let's Unwind boxes: 10-21 business days depending on materials. This will be communicated with purchaser and may differ if its a pre-order item.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Once product/s ship, purchaser will get a "Shipped" or confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on size, weight, destination and other circumstances.

Shipping carriers and transit times are outside our control once the package leaves the studio.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Here at Hexen Tides we really strive to leave as little a carbon footprint as possible and are always looking for new ways to ship our products more effectively and aligned with our values.

Shipping will either be calculated at checkout or may already be calculated into the total of the piece. If shipping is already calculated into the purchase price, it will be stated in the description.

For larger Original pieces or Commissions, there are times when shipping has to be manually calculated. This will also be disclosed in the description of the piece.
International Shipping
World Wide shipping may be dependent on the piece and shipping cost may have to be manually calculated. If you are outside the U.S. and have any questions or concerns, please contact us for more information.

Buyers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.
​
Delays due to customs are outside of our control.
